Comp Cam locks, did they send me the wrong ones?

Comp Cam locks, did they send me the wrong ones? Ordered the:
Comp Cams 11/32 7 Degree Machine Steel Locks (648-16)
... they are blue in the picture (WS6store.com)
I got black ones, the bag says the right thing... but they are the wrong color they look like the 10 degree locks but the bag says 7 degree.
Do they make the 7 degree locks in black? Am I missing something.
