Default Good Choice

I picked up a used F-1 a few years ago, its considered an ''old'' grind nowadays, I think it first came out sometime in 2002 and Speedtek marketed this cam. Its a Lunati brand cam that Speedtek put its custom grind into. If you are going from a stock cam to this cam, you will get a good power increase from 2500-6500.. I had my car tuned after this cam and it really helped with Cam Surge and drivability issues.. I am running stock heads and comp 918's with no problems! If you have off road exhaust you will get a noticible stinky idle also.. But that's the trade off in power! You will also get more cam surge. It has a nice lopey idle since its on a 112 lobe center with Plus 4 degrees of advance.
