Default trick flow bare castings

if you buy just bare castings of a set of heads do you have to buy different valves seals springs etc.? or can you just build them with your stock parts? i am looking at some trick flows or darts 225s. i already have comp 918 springs. i guess it just depends on what is different, if the cumbustion chamber is different and the valve seats, valve angle.
or am i better off to buy the fully assmbled pair?

A bare casting is going to be just that, a bare casting. No cnc work, probably just valveguides and that is it.
