Is this cam swap worth it?
I'm looking at taking out my 228/224 .588 .581 114 and putting in a 232 232 .595 .595 112.....the car is an A4 now but will be a M6 within the next two weeks
I'd like to get 10rwhp out of the swap, is that realistic?
BTW, this is on a stock cube motor......

IMO, on stock heads thats starting to get a little on the large side. Stock heads dont flow well with that high of a lift anyway. You'll probably pick up some power due to the added duration, but its time to get some decent heads.

Re: Is this cam swap worth it?
you make a good point, I actually planned on buying some stock LS6 heads and having them ported in the next month or two....but I figured the cam would work fine with stock heads till then, and the only reason I assumed that is cuz I see so many guys running larger cams like the LG ( 232 240 ) with stock heads, although most of those cars are '01 and '02s with better flower heads to begin with....
thanks for the input

You will need a lot of gear to make that cam come alive I think.
