You need springs, pushrods, all the gaskets, and all the tools. As for which cam, I went with the TR224, which is a very popular cam, and it dynoed at 381RWHP and 375RWTQ, that wat after goeff at thunder racing dynotuned it. Im sure it was at least a 50 RWHP gain. Best thing to do is call Thunder Racing and tell them what you want to do and they will help you pick the right cam. My bet is that they will tell you the TR224. Oh by the way the specs on that cam are 224/224 .563/.563 and either 112LSA or 114LSA, I went with the 112LSA.

I went with the futral fm13 cam. I used comp 918 springs which are rated to around .600lift, double roller timing chain, ported ls6 oil pump and some hardened pushrods. Thats pretty much all you should need for the cam swap and then a tune to seal the deal. Good luck.

go TR224 or TSP228R and you will be happy

replacing the timing chain is not neccesary u can instal new one only as i did

good push rods like chromomoly is recomended comp 918 valve springs also highly recomended

retainers like titanum and valve locks also recomended

you can gain with the cams you see there about 40 to 50 hp and good power under the curve.
