Who can offset grind a crankshaft?

Who can offset grind a crankshaft? Who can offset grind a crankshaft? I found a couple of places local that could do it, is it something that should be done by a shop with LS1 specific experience, or is it something that any good machine shop should be able to do? Also, about how much does it cost, want to make sure I'm not getting ripped off. Thanks, Shawn
