Default torque spec for plate holding knock sensors in?

I am looking for the torque spec for the metal "plate" that sits under that manifold on my 2000 Z28. I am referring to the one that the knock sensors go in. Thanks

FYI, that plate isnt holding the knock sensors in. They screw directly into the block.

LOL. It may not be holding the knock sensors in. I was just assuming it was. I couldn't figure out how to get the damn sensors out. However, I don't even need to take them out. Thanks for the help guys.

For future reference you need a 7/8 or like a 22mm socket to get em out.

The black plastic caps pop up and the wires can be uncliped by hand or with pliers.

There are directions on the how to site under LS6 PCV conversion.
