Default Need some advice on top end rebuild *Look*

I'm putting a new set of heads on my 2K T/A and wanted some ideas for stuff. I plan on replacing the lifters while im in there. What would be a good set to go with? I'm not going to do a cam for a while, it's a daily driver. Is there any advantage to running a longer pushrod too? Also, what springs should I go with if I want to do a cam later, or should I just stick with the stockers for now? Is it worth it to buy a set of sharp rockers while I have it apart? What head gasket should I run?

I know it's alot of questions but if anyone has any advice this is my first time diving into an LSx block (built numerous small blocks) so I'm all ears. Thanks in advance.

stock 241 heads, going to get them ported to 2.02/1.60 and a stock motor with boltons.
