Default Removing fuel rail for H/C swap??

I'm planning a H/C swap later in the month and need to know if I need a special tool to remove the fuel rail hoses.

The last time I had the manifold off I left the fuel rail and injectors in the car. I think it would be easier this time to remove the rail and injectors from the car.

Most auto parts stores carry some sort of tool for disconnecting the fuel line. Some of the fuel hose tools are made from plastic and some are made from aluminum. Disconnecting the fuel rail will make the rest of the job much easier.

Good luck,
Richard

The tool you need is a small plastic oval shaped ring that disconnects your line from the rail. You can buy them at any auto parts store. They usually come several in a pack.
