Default AFR 205 head questions.

I want to mill my heads to get the compression up a little but I forget how many thousandths of an inch will equal every CC. I seem to remember it was around .007 of an inch for every cc milled away but I'm not shure. Can anyone tell me how much or point me in the right direction for the info since the search doesnt works anymore.
Thanks in advance.
