Default 5.7 heads on 6.0 block

I was thinking of putting some 5.7 heads on a 6.0 block. The question I have is do I have to have the combution chamber on the heads matched to the bore of the 6.0 block? Isnt the stock bore on a 6.0 block exactly 4.000". Also I plan on having the block bored .030" would that make a total of 4.030" bore? TIA

Yeah that would but you at a 4.030 bore and with a stock crank that would be 370ci. It would help if you open up the chamber of the heads to match the larger bore. You don't HAVE to do it but by unshrouding the valves you will make more power.
