Default How much to mill with 224 .581 cam?

How much can I safely shave the head with a .581 224/224 cam and have no valve to piston clearance issue? I was thinking .020 on 243 heads.

On a cam only with 243 and stock gasket, maximum you want is a 62cc chamber.
That will yield ~ 8.7 DCR

Default milling

SO .020 is ok? I am using stock MLS head gaskets. I took the 241s off today and no sign of valve hitting piston even after its been mis shifted to 7,300 rpm twice.

No .020 is not OK, I said 62cc chamber.
Measure the chamber of the 243s you have and then decide accordingly how much to mill to make 62cc.
each .005 flat mill = 1cc
