what are good flow numbers?
what are the normal flow numbers for stage II heads nowadays? i found some with these #'s for pretty cheap...just seeing if they are any good, thanks.

its a SUPERFLOW 1020 digital flow bench btw are these any better?

depends on cam lift.The area under the curve is better on the second set you posted if only using a .550 lift cam.Although with a 4 cfm increase on the same bench for the .100 number I would almost guess they had a slight leak.

Also I think a head that flows more midlift numbers will work better when used with an intake on a car.
