Default need help getting more power cheap

ok so heres the deal...im racing a friend of mine and i dont want to lose so i need all the power i can get....My mods:99 T/A with true duals,3500 TCI converter,transgo shift kit,lid,and efi live tune
His: 02 GT 5spd headers,exhaust,cai,4:10s and 100 shot....but not a very good driver and never been to the track and ive got decent track experience...i need to know any cheap or free mods that are worth my time!!!! thanx guys

that's easy, get a 100 shot yourself. that is pretty much the cheapest bang for the buck you can get.
are you on drag radials or regular ol' street tires ?

i have a nitrous kit..but i want to beat him N/A..i have a TNT f2 kit but hes all cocky and thinks his car is bad on the gas and i wanna show him that with basic mods i can run with him!!!! and im getting rid of the nittos to go true duals...i ran an 8.03@88.xx on the nittos but i spin just as bad on them as i do street tires i think

yea if you want power now without doing a cam, nitrous is the way to go. 100 shot would fine on your stock bottom end..

pull some weight. Rear seats, spare and jack, front bumper support, the 4 rear speakers.. should net you 20, 35, 20, 15.. total 90 pds.. maybe 1 tenth and 1mph.. hey.. it's free!

i think you will have a very bad spinning problem running on street tires, i'd either keep the nittos or even better get some mt street radials.

easy if you can rent a cam/heads you will be in the safe side
or
100 shots will be more than enough + reducing your car weight
