Unhappy Heads/Cam/Rocker Advice Needed!

Ok so I am a little uneducated with what is going to work or not with the Head and Cam combo i have yet to install. Any help is greatly appreciated.

The head specs are:

Patriot Stage II

Lift
2.02" Intake
1.57" Exhaust

.100
67 cfm
61 cfm

.200
133 cfm
108 cfm

.300
194 cfm
147 cfm

.400
242 cfm
183 cfm

.500
274 cfm
205 cfm

.550
290 cfm
213 cfm

.600
296 cfm
220 cfm

Cam was: 231/237 .598/.595 112 lsa

Will 1.85 Rockers (Jesel Shaft mount) work with this combo, or is it a recipe for disaster. I have a stock bottom end and was hoping to leave it that way, so may have to use stock rockers for awhile. I also have a full set of bolt-ons and an LS6 intake with a ported MTI TB (78mm). The list is in the newbies section.

Thanks

I don't see the need for anything over the stockers with your application. I have the same heads, 03 vintage, and run the Yella Terra 1.7 roller rockers with no problems.

You will need to check PTV clearance.

I think you might need taller valve covers with those 1.85's.

Okay thanks, the PTV i thought about. Can you check by rotating the crankshaft with the heads installed. The valve covers i thought about, i was thinking about the C5R Corvette covers. There are some on ebay.
