I have posted earlier about if my ls6 springs that were included with my hot cam were sufficent enough since I am going with 1.8 rockers. Everyone said the yellow ones were but the older style blue ones were not. So i purchased a set of new yellow z06 springs. Got them today and had them tested at a shop and they are worst than my blue ones! my blue ones at 1.8 were 95lbs and the yellows ranged from 82-85lbs. WTF! I wrote the company I got them from because the numbers are not matching what they say they should. Any ideas?

I have heard good things about the 918's, I do remember they had problem with 918's in around 03 with a small batch of orange stripe 918's breaking.

Yup, 918's and be done with it..

I've had mine for almost 3 years with no problems.

Well Im sure I will get reemed for this but I purchased them through lingenfelter and they claimed they dont give specs with their springs! ON EBAY THEY DID. And believe me...The specs they gave and the actual numbers were sickning. My older style worn out ls6 springs did better in all aspect than the upgraded yellow beehive they sold me. They claim

1.800" 92 lbs (82lbs is what they tested to) 10 lbs short!
at 1.800 my used blue ones were at 95! they should be worse than the yellows from the factory and on top of that they are used?
1.250" 295(claimed) Not even close!

Second, thanks for stiffing me $18 shipping fee to ship to me and then make me pay shipping back when your product did not meet requirements. Its called false advertising!
