Stop drilling. Adjust the blade with the set screw. After each adjustment perform a TPS reset. To do the reset turn the key to start but, not run. Unplug the TPS. Turn off the car. When you turn it back on you will have to reset the code with a scan tool.

After doing this you also need to move your iac effective area to the right until desired and actual airflow at idle match. Or you will get idle "hang" and a cruise control effect. This is the preferred method to drilling though, which is hard to undo.

You do have tuning software or someone to tune it? Idle tuning is a pain, I've been at it for weeks and still having problems with surging/hunting.

Don't drill. You will need to have your car tuned with that cam, and your tuner will hate it if you have your throttle blade drilled.
