What size pushrod?

I had a 408 built from a 6.0L block with 6.0L truck heads that have been milled .012 what size pushrod will i need? stock rockers. any other info you guys need?

what is the specs on the cam,as in lobe design ? like comp cam on xer,lsk or whoevers cam you have.
