Default Valve seals??? HELP!!!!

How can one tell if you have bad valve seals??

honestly, by looking at them.

also if you have oil on your plugs.

the engine would eat a lot of oil, and it would also smoke, if smoking at startup then check intake valve seals, if the smoking happens at WOT then check exhaust valve seals.

Its strange cuz I dont use any oil, but the front 2 cyclinders on the drives side..well the plugs of those cyclinders have oil that soaks the threads of the plugs when pulled...The car runs like **** on startup until i drive it and floor it once then its fine. It throws a flashing multiple random misfire code then it goes away when car is floored and cyclinders I guess get blown out...Any ideas

I also have somethin weird going on with my temp guage in car when the car is acting up..it seems as the rpms are surging the temp surges..it will rise up and fall it is very strange...I have vid if you guys would like to see....
