LS6 or High Volume Oil Pump??

LS6 or High Volume Oil Pump?? Which pump would work best, a ported LS6 pump, or do I need the high volume pump. Some people say that LS6 has enough volume and a high volume pump just keeps pumping the oil back through the bypass and that heats up the oil. What's your opinion? I will have ported LS6 heads and a 233/239 cam, also on the high volume I will be using the stock pressure spring...

So is their MORE volume and pressure on a PORTED LS6 pump over a standard LS6 pump? If so how much more pressure at idle and at 6k rpms??? Would a high volume oil pump have more pressure than a stock ls6 pump?
