Default Stock head/cam compatability

What is the most ideal lift/duration range for an LS1 with stock heads. I have all the bolt ons and feel as though around a 550 lift cam or so would make the most of my intake and exhaust upgrades. What other guys have seen good dyno numbers on cam and valvetrain upgrades alone. Im running the K&N colde air intake that no one else seems to have even though it blows the "whisper lid" design away, and an LS6 intake. Headers and true duals dumped before the axle. Would like to go H/C but the heads are just gonna cost too much after a 3600 stall as well. What would be the ideal grind to match these current upgrades. Performance is all i care about, screw driveability. No matter what cam i end up with ill be running matching beehive valvesprings. Suggestions please!!!!

if you upgrade your valve spring plus pushrods, with stock heads and intake i preffer a
TSP 228R, g5x1, TR 224, speedinc 228-222 . all with 112 lsa any of it will work super with your mod .

I run a 221/221 .558/.558 cam.
Makes decent power everywhere and no drivability issues.
Which i had went a tad bigger.
