I am going to be doing a camswap here shortly and I want to get a new timing chain. I know the Double is the best, but is it neccesary? I have seen alot of people say that they got the LS2 chain and was glad that they saved their money over the double roller. Isn't there shims to put in and possibly machining the cover? This car isn't meant to be a strip terror or nothing but I want something that is going to withstand my engine. Thanx in advance
