Default Code 0803

Does anyone know what this code is? Also what can get damaged from a broken rocker? Thanks.

Here's the whole story-
Car was running 'off'.Alot of valvetrain noise so we pulled the cover off and the back passenger rocker was loose.(throwing the 0803 code before we started)Push rod was NOT bent.
I was not present for the rest-
Rocker was put back on,sounded alot better(car was running good)revved it up and it went "Poof".
Would barely run, make loud 'clacking' noises.
Rocker appeared to be okay.

What's everyone's thoughts?

Now the car makes a loud clacking noise, but the rocker is one? Is it idling bad? How is the oil pressure?

Car does not want to idle, just die. It has about 45-50psi at idel. All the rockers look good.

Trouble Code: P0803
Vehicle Qualification: Pontiac Firebird
Description: 1-4 Upshift (Skip Shift) Solenoid Control Circuit

Does that sound right?
Maybe if one of you guys called me I could better understand what the car is doing. Are you autotapping when this happens? Can you footbrake the car and keep it running?
