what cam would be good for 7000rpms and a 3800 stall?

Default what cam would be good for 7000rpms and a 3800 stall?

5.3 heads milled .020" also for 11.1:1 cr
i'm looking at like a 230/230 .595/.595 lift what else would work?

3800 stall is a bit on the smallish side for a car shifting at 7,000 rpm. Not sure on the P/V but 232/236 112 with 2 degrees of advance would probably spin to 7k.
