what all will i need to install my F11 cam?

At the very least would be Springs, Pushrods (7.425"), 30# Injectors and a Tune.

You could opt for more mods like Oil Pump, Timing Chain, etc ...

I was thinking springs, pushrods, lifters, retainers, all that good stuff... a tune was a given lol

futral's got an install kit they can sell you, i believe.

While you are in there one thing I would def do is a timing chain. Get the ls2 timing chain, it is real cheap, and go ahead and swap it out.
