I went to bolt my pan on today and realized there is no mount for the oil filter. It just has two threaded half inch lines coming out right where the two oil feed lines are. Anyone else had this problem? What kit do i have to install?

- Engine Application: LS1/ LS6 Fits: 1968-72 Nova, 1965-72 Chevelle, 1967-69 Camaro. Can also be used in additional applications, check dimensions for clearance
- Trap-door baffling for improved oil control
- Use Stock Dipstick
- Clear Zinc Plated
- You also must buy our oil pick up tube
- And you need to buy our filter relocation kit, the one that costs as much as this oil pan
- This pan is not to be used in applications where temperatures will exceed 72 degrees Farenheit
- You will also need to relocate your K member 3" forward, and firewall 2" rearward
- Not reccomended for outdoor use
- The clear zinc plating used on this pan is also known to cause cancer upon contact
I did atleast buy the pick up

my bad, didnt even look at your sig. its the right pan for your app, the wrong pan for most of the board
I would tell you what I used for a kit and showed some pics of how I routed it, but there'd be no point since its not the same gen. in general, you need any filter adapter(doesnt matter what brand or what vehicle filter), 2 -10an fitting for the pan, 2 for whatever size the adapter accepts(usually 1/2"), and some hose. dont buy a kit. I started with a Milodon kit and then ended up using different fittings in order to mount it where I wanted it.

Ok so the pan is 10an thats actually what i was really wondering. Does lowes or home depot sell AN fittings? I looked at the Mildon kit looks like i could use just brass pipe fittings. I also saw a few kits on Ebay that arent too expensive. I guess its not too bad. I've been thinking about getting a dual mount filter is there any benifit to that? I do have an LPE oil pump. Supposed to pump over 30% more than a stock LS6 pump like 1.26in3/rpm and has the high pressure spring installed.
