Default 402 plugs and gap and what oil would work best?

I just bought the car and will be fixing an oil leak and putting some headers on next weekend. So I thought I would go ahead and change the plugs, what kind should I get and what should I run the gap at? The heads are Dart 225s. Also what weight oil would work best in this motor. Thanks, I posted in Maintenance and was sent here.

I was told by Scoggin Dickie to run NGK TR-6. I now just need to know what should I set the gap at.
