Default Swapping hollow/sodium valves into 317's?

Ok, I just received a set of low mile 317's to lower the compression for my upcoming STS project. My car currently has an LS6 long block with the hollow intake/sodium filled exhaust valves and around 75,000 miles on them. First, would it be worth swapping out the valves in the 317's for the lightweight ones? Second, if I were to do this would just lapping them in be adequate for proper sealing? Thanks!
