Engine noise video please help

If it's louder on the top then the bottom, it's valvetrain.
If it's rod knock it will be loudest from the bottom. The high pitch squeal sounds like pulley.
Also if it is rod knock, there WILL be metal shavings and brass colored bits in the oil. Oil pressure will fluctuate like crazy and drop well below 40 psi or even hit 0.
Also, while the transmission is disconnected, NOT a good thing to start up the car for a test of unusual sounds. Could very well be caused by the fact the transmission is disconnected.

Does it get louder as it warms up? Then it's a rod. Sounds too loud to be an accessory noise but to be sure, pull the belt and run it for a few seconds. How's the oil pressure under load? Sounds like a rod bearing to me though. It's making noise to the rhythm of the engine. That's usually a bearing. Valvetrain noise is usually half speed if it's isolated to one valve.

I've got tapping way louder than that when my lifters start acting up... It gets loud enough to hear over the radio while cranked and driving at 70mph.
I've got great oil pressure and no metal shavings, used oil analysis after the fact is fine. It's louder at the top than the bottom. A little oil treatment for noisy lifters with German Castrol 0w30 quiets mine down.
If there's no metal shavings in the oil AND the pressure is fine and healthy, I'd go with collapsing lifter. Heck even piston slap makes an ungodly noise almost as bad.
Pulley sounds like it's on it's way out, disconnect the belt and try to figure out which one isn't spinning smoothly. Belt tensioner pulley and A/C idler pulley are likely culprits.

I had a spun bearing on my older LS1 and it doesn't sound quite like that from what I remember. I jus' recently had a problem with my 3.8L V6 Daily Driver and it sounds jus' like that. Took it to a friend and said it was a lifter problem. After a few minutes of idle the noise goes away. I'm betting it's a lifter.
Also check the oil drain plug like everyone's said. If there is no metal shavings, I can't possibly see it being a spun bearing.
