Default What is the ICL of the C2 Cam and Effect of ICL in General?

The MTI cam with 224 581 112.

Ive been reading about all these +400rwhp cam only cars. I realize Im comparing apple to oranges since not all the cars have the same mods along with testing on different dynos but there seems to be more to making power than duration.

Typically when people start running cams with +230 duration they tend to run larger LSA and advance to smooth the idle and bring the powerband lower. Im thinking this would hurt power by having the exhaust valve open too soon on the powerstroke. This is what kills mid range power right?

So how about a single pattern cam with 232 duration 108 LSA with no advance? THe idle with rough but shouldnt it make good midrange power without needing to rev past 7k?

What do you guys think?
