Default Bad misfire on two cylinders

I just got done with my 409 build up about a week ago and ever since I have had bad misfire on the #2 and #3 cynlinders. It gets so bad the whole car shakes at cruising speeds. It usually go aways under power, its usually off throttle or cruising and at idle it misfires. I've tried changing plugs, wires, swapping wires with different cylinders with no luck. Could it possibly be the coil packs? What else could cause misfire on just two cylinders like that? Anything else I should try?

Thanks

not that this is your problem, but when my valve spring went south I got tons of misfires on one cylinder and the ones close to it. Like 100+ under current history. But if that was your prob the car would run like crap under throttle also..

good luck

I had that problem on my first motor. It was a vacum leak on the back of the intake. Good luck.

I just got rid of my bad stumbling problem and misfire at crusing speeds. I had a bad o2 sensor. Replaced it and all is good again. There is still misfire on the same cylinders as before but it is no wheres near as bad as it was before.
