Default Could I stand a bigger cam??

Just out of curiosity, I wanted to see what the masses thought about my current setup and if I could benefit from a bigger cam, or if it would even be worth the headache of a cam swap. I'm currently running a 224/224 581/581 114+2 LSA, stock heads and a 4000 stall. The car will remain on stock heads due to finances . I know the stall could handle a larger cam, but I love the driveability of the 224, it's not a daily driver, but sees much more street time than strip. Should I just leave well enough alone? Any thoughts/suggestions?

Joe.

you could definatly handle a bigger cam. If you dont want a choppy cam, you can just run a higher LSA. Especially if its not a total DD, youd be fine with something in the 230 + duration and around .600 lift... look at the torquer v.2 and 233/239 or MS3 cam. You should definatly pick up horses.

Oh yeah.. Look into a 230s duration cam with close to .600". Still should have very good street manners. If your keeping the stock heads. I would look into a reverse split cam. Mine performed really well for only having 375hp..
