looking at a 2000 Z28 with LS1/auto with 120K. what kind of mileage can be expected stock and what can be expected with a PCM tune and K&N. also, what else can be done to help with mileage. thanks

what gear ratio do you have? 3.23 option or 2.73? you should see around 25mpg on the highway if you keep your foot out of it...i cant.

a free flowing exhaust system, headers should increase gas millage a little.

with mine it had 3.23 a4 and full exhaust i was gettin 19-21 city

Right now I'm averaging about 18mpg for my entire tank with mixed driving. I only use 100% gas & get about 270 miles per tank. I'm still untuned & I have picked up mpg since I switched from the mixed gas almost every station sells now. I was getting bareley 200-220 miles to a tank before switching.
