Default how to reinstall stock rockers?

I changed the pushrods, some bent valves and springs. Now I need to figure out how to correctly torque down the rockers. I set it up so cylinder 1 is at top dead center, now were do i go from there?

Clean up the rocker studs, throw some loctite on them, TQ straight down the line 22 ft lbs. Spin the motor, recheck TQ. Done.

Exactly.

I usually rotate and re-check a few times because of my OCD, but they've always been torqued correctly from the first pass in my experience.

little bit of advice...if you soak your lifters in oil first, don't just torque the rockers right to 22. Snug them down with a small ratchet and stop when you start feeling resistance...you'll hear them bleed down....then after a little, tighten them some more....ect....until you bottom the head of the bolt out. Then tighten to 22 lbs....rotate...then check 22 again....

yes, do NOT just torque them down in a line. do it as per the GM manual above.
