Are there any other cheap performance mods i am forgetting to get worth good gains? Like maybe throttle body spacers with a TB bypass (those probably will only give me maybe 7-10 rwhp right??) The UD Pulleys probably 10rwhp, Longtube headers probably 15-20, Ls6 intake? (maybe 10 over stock?) CAI with lid maybe 7-10 right?? Thats about 50hp right there without a tune... correct me where im wrong please...ill get the rear end and stall later for my takeoff power...

A higher stall TC will get you in the 12's faster than the rest of it listed.

We know someone who is running just a LS6 intake (2000 SS), P&P TB, catback, with a SS4400 TC; that is running a 12.5.

My buddy Rick has an 02 SS a4 with long tubes, modified stock y pipe, lid, pp TB, cut out, MT drag radials and I tuned his car with HP Tuners. His SS is running 12.7 consistantly.
