heads ran up against a ss few weeks ago, at 80 mph had him by
4-5 car lengths went by me like i was standing still
out of sight. very impressive!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
caught up with him in town, asked him what he has done
to it, he said a set of heads. possible?
my car w/auto 13.2 @ hrp keep getting kicked off because of conv, no roll cage
can just putting on a set of heads accomplish this?
need imput

Re: heads I'm going to assume by the question that you are asking if a car with heads could pull on a relatively stock car, correct? The answer is yes, but don't be fooled into thinking that was all he had done either. There was probably a pretty stout cam in there to exploit that new found air flow. Heads alone will not move the horsepower on a stock cam car. Did it have nitrous? That's a more probable scenario since he reeled you in pretty quick up high.
