Default 6.0 lq crank

i'm working on doing a swap into a lt1 bird. looking at a complete 03 lq9, which i understand has the short crank (p/n: 12552216) how does this one compare to the stock ls1 crank?

my plan was to get the motor in and running first, then build a l92 top end for it, just rather not have the car sitting there collecting dust while its nice out.

the lq series cranks will take whatever you can throw at them. they are just as durable if not moreso than an ls1 crank.

isn't the rear of the crank a little wider where the rear main slips into? I bought an ls6 block with this crank and heard that. Will my ls7 clutch with ls2 flywheel bolt right up to it without problems on the thrust washer on my t56?
