Default TSP 5.3 1.5 PTV question

I'm looking at doing a heads/cam swap soon, and I'm wondering if I'll have enough PTV clearance. The cam is a 226/230 0.585"/0.592" lift 110LSA +4 custom grind on XER lobes through TSP, no milling, and I'll be using new GM head gaskets. Would there be enough room for this cam despite the tight overlap? If possible, would a gasket 0.40" be safe?

you might want to ask an expert the only reason it wouldn't work is because of your 110 lsa and +4 grind but the duration seems like it should be ok but never take a geuss when it comes to that stuff
