yeah....add heads
you're not gonna hit 400rwhp with that cam.
that cam design is pretty ancient. there are much better cam profiles on the market.
could come close if you spend money on EVERY bolton....but in the end, the money on those last few boltons would pay for budget heads and you'd be over 400hp

your car needs to be a six speed,
with my old stock motor, I had the hotcam and put down 393rwhp and 375rwtq through a 12 bolt! so I think I could have hit 400 then.
