Default CAR will not idle after motor swap. any ideas

Ok just installed my new motor in my car. The problem Im having is it starts but does not idle and when I give it gas it falls on its face and dies and it will not idle. or stay started. It starts up fine but act like it missing and doesnt idle at all.
the air fuel is jumping from 14 to 18 all over the place.
I went to a bigger cam then my older one is the only difference same intake and injectors.
I have my buddy comming over later today with hp tunners to see what the deal is.

Might be the VATS (vehicle-anti-theft-system). Thats what was wrong with mine. idled at like 200-300 rpms for about 1-2 seconds. Drove me crazy. I think you can disable it with the hptuners. Also, it could be an ignition relay. Had that happen to me as well. Good luck and let us know what it is.
