Default LS3 & LS7 Width?

How much of a difference in width (birth) does the LS3 & LS7 have compared to the LS1? I know there is a difference just don't know how much.

I'm planning on 1 7/8" long tube headers but, I'm not sure what off road y-pipe will fit my Formula with a LS3 or LS7 installed. I'm planning on running stock style exhaust out the back. Seems as though a ORY for a LS1 won't quite fit unless it can be modified.

Anyone have experience with this?

Thanks,
Jim

Are you thinking the LS7 is wider because the LS7 intake is wider??

The intake isnt wider either, the bolts are spaced wider, but the intake is the same.

No not really. My assumption is because of the increased displacement of these two engines, there would a dimentional change in the birth of the engine especially in the cylinder head area. All though in may be less than an inch, it still may throw off exhaust alignment.
