Default Valve cover solutions for taller rockers?

Car is 2000 C5 Corvette

Cliffnotes:
LS3 heads with yella terra roller rockers
LS2 valve covers do not clear, they hit just slightly
1/2" valve cover spacers raise it up too far and D/S coil bracket won't mount and it shorts out the fuse... yeay...
(The coil itself doesn't fit under the alternator on the driver side, which means the coil mount is pushed off towards the back)

Does anyone make a cheap basic sheetmetal valve cover set that is stock height or only slightly taller that retains the coil bracket mounting points?

I pulled off the baffle in the LS2 valve covers but I'll be damned if the point it hits is right where the baffle guide metal sticks out. It looks like it going to be a pain with my ghetto tools to work through all those spots.

If I could get away with spending ~$100 or so, I'd do it.

Whatcha got? Most of the Ebay covers I see designated as "Tall" say they're 2.5" tall, isn't a stock LS2 like 1.25" or so?

This is what I did..... There aren't any cheap good solutions really.

Stupid oil baffle.

Come off!

Now to get off those rivet style studs.

Bitches

Getting there

Grind time

The one on the right is about 75% ground down. The one on the left is factory. I forgot to take more pictures with them both smoothed down. I'll grab some more pictures tomorrow.

Pile of aluminum

Covers all done. I hope to get new valve cover gaskets on the way home from work today so I can bolt them on.

High Temp Semi Gloss Paint. I was going to go with some crazy color but decided to go with the classic black. I think I'll try to make everything in the engine bay a nice semi gloss black. The paint isn't the smoothest, but I wasn't really going for show quality, just a clean look.

Here's another solution, that easier, and less expensive!

I used one of these, but any electric grinder will do.
