Default Fuel Pump Wire

Quick question...

Doing a LY6/4l85e swap into a 67 Olds Convert. I have the donor harness that has been re-worked. I am also putting in a new painless harness at the same time.

The donor harness has a green wire lead to run my fuel pump. The painless harness also has a green wire for the fuel pump.

The painless one is nice, new and part of the rear harness very easy....I would have to splice in and run a new wire on the opposite side of the car to use the PCM/donor harness lead.

Does it matter which one I use???? Any difference???

Thanks.
