Idle surge problem
I have a 2000 Camaro with an Ls2 swap. The car has a 5-700rpm variation surge. Tune has been looked at multiple times to see if it is in the tune.
No vaccuum leaks IAC and TPS were both replaced.
Yesterday with the IAC and TPS unplugged the car idled GREAT! Replaced both and still surging like a big dog.
Its a 410in motor, PRC 237s w/64cc, FAST 92 intake and TB. Speed density tune. So MAF is out of the question and o2's are disabled.
Any help is GREATLY appreciated. Thanks.

Kind of a dumb question, but is the throttle blade set screw completly down or is it open a little bit? I just put and ls3 in my car and went with an Edelbrock 90mm tb and they had it completly closed and it wasnt getting enough air through the tb at an idle, so I raised the set screwup a little bit and it quit surgeng.
