Default stock mass air and throttle body

I have a question for you guys, and hopefully you can help. Long story short...I just found out tonight that my ride has the the original stock mass sensor in it. It has not been recalibrated in any way either. Without going into any great details at the moment, I just need to know is this a bad or harmful thing? My mods are in my sig, and it also has 42 lb injectors with a Walbro 255 pump. The car was originally dyno tuned with a after market SLP mass air for the current mods that it has.

Thanks!

As long as its not an 85mm MAFS you should be ok. The stock GM MAFS are good but stay away from a JET/ granatelli they are garbage.
