Default Ticking Noise=New Cam=?s

ok so my car seems to have developed a tick. i think i've bounced the rev limiter one too many times lol o well. so ive come to the conclusion that its a pushrod bent possibly. so while im in there putting in pushrods and **** i want to change my cam, lifters, and rocker arms. now the questions, what cam, lifters, rockers, and pushrods should i go with? the car is an 01 WS6 M6 with 90100 miles, daily driven, with long tubes and soon to have true duals. AIR was deleted, rear o2s deleted, slp airlid and K&N and thats it. dont want anything major thats going to eat the hell outta some gas. but i'd like to notice the cam is there, would like to hear it. ive never done this before so idk what the numbers mean and what im looking for. so far i've got a few people sending me to the TSP MS3 cam 112LSA. TSP has a cam package, how long pushrods should i get? with what springs? what lifters? and what rocker arms? any help would be appreciated. sorry for the long ramble. thanks.
