Gen IV Cam Gear....? And Timing Tensioner... I have a 07 GMC that I am installing a aftermarket cam in... I just wanna verify that the sprocket I picked up is the correct one Part# 12586481. Also another question.... What would happen if the timing tensioner would break but if the timing is still on the money? Would it cause it to backfire? The motor is a 6.0
