Initial Start-up of the 418ci ls3/l92 G8 GT--tx speed Setup:
09 g8 gt
418 ls3/l92 from tx speed
stock L76 heads massaged on the exhaust side
"Mr. Miyagi" custom cam/patriot gold springs
ls7 lifters/ valley tray/ dod delete
stock oil pump with 4k miles on it.
Looking for discussion on tap-in for oil pressure monitoring, tuning (whether it is needed for garage break-in light revving), etc...
working thru an issue where the HP Tuners interface came in the mail defective (possibly).
we're of course watching water, temp, valvespring heat cycling, using break-in oil, etc....
chime in if tips on the above concerns, or other suggestions!
