King bearings??

King makes a good bearing. Aluminum has its performance limitations, they have a lower psi rating than a tri-metal. Although they are 'green', as in no lead.
Really they would work fine in a milder performance application, maybe up to a 500HP deal, but over that I would look at tri-metals from Clevite, Federal Mogul, or ACL. Sealed Power makes a std. LS replacement bearing (7298MA) that is aluminum also, similar to GM.
One thing to watch for is the chamfer, if it comes with one, or OAL (bearing width), and be sure it clears/fits the crank's radius' when using an aftermarket such as Eagle, Callies, etc.
