Default Can I reuse my timing cover gasket?

Dumb question guys but can I reuse my timing cover gasket and my valley cover gasket? One more thing, do pushrods need to stay in order? The motor is a 6.0 btw.

Push Rods can move around.. I re-used my Gaskets without issue, just align everything correctly.

You probably could re-use them if you are careful, but why is the question. For the small cost of gaskets why reuse them, knowing you won't have to pull something apart to fix the leak is worth the slight added expense. We replace all gaskets when something comes apart just for the peice of mind.

I have always reused mine. But I use the cover alignment tools to install. Never had and leak. Gaskets are o ring style I would think they are reusable.

GM says to replace them, ive re-used mine twice with no leaks. So recommended to replace them yes ,but you could probably get away with re-using them. Just make sure you align everything.
